Do you or does anyone know what is considered normal? I.E. are there normally outages like this—or is this an anomaly...a big deal?
It’s has happened in one geographic area, and was limited. For the most part in tiny areas and that’s it.
I’ve never this large across the country. The timing is quite remarkable.
