Impeachment does not depend on what the Law defines as crimes or misdemeanors. The phrase I the Constitution “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” is not defined and the Congress can define it any way the congress chooses. All that is required is sufficient votes to carry the impeachment. Anything at all can be adduced as the High Crime or Misdemeanor that elicits the impeachment including DJT’s hair which is at least a sartorial crime.

THEN DJT WILL be removed with the level of Trump hate in Congress today. I can only pray this occurs and a stake is pounded through the heart of the GOPe once and for all. Trump then runs as an Independent in 2020 and wins handily with 40% if the vote. The RAT party will run either Auntie Maxine or Fauxcahontas and have to split the 55% with the dead GOPe's candidate. The Green/Libertarians will take another 5%

Are you saying that the founders put into the Constitution the ability for the opposition party to remove a sitting President just on policy differences? I am not sure I can buy that although you are more the likely correct from a practical matter. I DO believe once the RAT party can get enough GOP Never Trumpers to sign on there will be IMPEACHMENT and he will be removed.
