Wow, Senator Luther Strange picked up a lot of additional support since my endorsement. Now in September runoff. Strong on Wall & Crime!

I do not like Strange, but it’s up to Alabama voters.

The President is head of the political party and always endorses the incumbent. It’s been that way since the dawn of this Republic.
Almost. In 1938, FDR tried to influence the primaries by endorsing challengers aligned with him in order to knock off certain incumbents who were giving him a hard time. The party had a fit, and Roosevelt never tried that again.
