If he did it, he’s not worth defending. If he had no intention of hurting anyone, then he is worth defending. Regardless, he is INNOCENT until proven guilty. Do you actually live in America? God, I hope not.
Wrong, you can be convicted of reckless vehicular homicide without intending to kill anyone. I believe essentially that is the charge so far. I’m simply reacting to people here who are declaring him a justifiable self defense victim. He is an idiot and I guess mentally ill.
