Someone who has been here 10 years longer than you posts a thread about their sincere concern for the country going downhill and you reply “man-up snowflake. it’s gettin better all the time”? Seriously?!
You used the term “snowflake” multiple times in your examples about war heroes and Rosie...Again, makes no sense. How does HAIR ON FIRE equate with Snowflakes? Do you even know the definition? Urban Dictionary #1 definition of Snowflake:
A term used to describe extremist liberals that get offended by every statement and/or belief that doesn’t exactly match their own. These individuals think they are just as “unique” as snowflakes, when really their feelings are just as fragile.

Things are getting better??? Really??? How? I said “Do tell”...you did not mention one thing that is better. I guess if you just don’t follow any of the current events, your life might be getting better, but it has not been a good couple weeks for MAGA.

Perhaps I misunderstand, but am I to take away that you feel anyone concerned about the current events occurring is a snowflake? So we are to ignore the news and what—wait for wiser like you to enlighten us of the future and how things are getting better? Seriously?! Look, I have been here over a decade ahead of you—I don’t know what you were doing between 2000 and 2012 when you joined, but those of us who have been here a while are far from snowflakes.
The wise keep an eye on what is going on around them in the present and plan for the future—(and example is Obamacare—many of us here were very concerned and tried to educate people, fought it tooth and nail, etc. because we knew what the future will hold with Universal Healthcare—and some made different future plans based on the passage of the bill. Ah but that was before your time).
Most Freepers certainly can read past the present which is why we have been and are very concerned about both the present and the future—Snowflakes? Hardly!
You are very unwise if you are not concerned==we have had some victories, but lately things are not “gettin better all the time”—and you offered no proof that they are.
My son said “History is being rewritten” With all due respect, I suggest that you would do well to keep an eye on what is going on now, or you may not like your future.
