Other Supreme Court decisions have been reversed, e.g. Dred Scott, Brown v Board of Education, et al.

Yes but....

To reclaim California, there must be the will to do so. If the consensus is that America is better off without California, there will be no effort to enforce the court decision to drag the crap back into the Union.

Disclaimer: yes, I know that musc in fact most of the geographical area is not all that bad, and is in fact good

And the Roberts court said the government can force US citizen to buy private insurance policies. Court schmourt.
