CHARLOTTESVILLE A man accused of plowing a car into a crowd of protesters here killing one person and leaving 19 injured has long sympathized with Nazi views and had stood with a group of white supremacists hours before Saturdays bloody crash.
The accused driver, James Alex Fields Jr., 20, of Ohio, had espoused extremist ideals at least since high school, according to Derek Weimer, a history teacher.
Weimer said that he taught Fields during his junior and senior years at Randall K. Cooper High School in Kentucky. During a class called Americas Modern Wars, Weimer said that Fields wrote a deeply researched paper about the Nazi military during World War II.

He was a POS. Nazism is not Conservationism. If you align yourself with this White Supremacy Nazi sh*t then YOU ARE a piece of sh*t and my enemy and an enemy of the Constitution of the United States and deserve to die.
NAZI’s were The National Socialist German Workers’ Party of 1939.
Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei
Here in the US: they use the moniker Democrats.
One Party.
One Press.
One Thought.
The single largest Democrat funders family were Nazi collaborators during WW2.
George Soros.

>>>Just to get an idea of what other people are saying (the passive and uncritical consumers of mainstream news), someone on another discussion board was saying Trump stated, when he began his campaign, that his favorite book was Mein Kampf. I haven’t found anything to substantiate this. These people are trying hard, very hard, to link him to the Nazis<<<
It is the job of the person making such an Ignorant Comment to prove the allegation of challenged. It isn’t up to you as a Trump Supporter to feel the need to “substantiate” such lunacy.
You challenge it and call out the Moron as a biased LYING POS who would obviously do anything to make himself and his cause valid.
Is this the same pic on another thread? Because the background/people seem different?
Chances are he walks.
His car had a legal right to be there.
The protesters were blocking traffic.
Drivers vehicle was struck with a bat, he panicked and accelerated.
McCauliffe and the local mayor should hang for this... but no way this idiot kid gets more than a traffic rap with a decent lawyer.
I’m a lurker at this particular board, so I’m not registered to comment there.
It’s just interesting to me that these people who so assiduously research things about health, cooking, travel, etc. are such passive, uncritical consumers of information about history, politics, and current events. They’re sitting in their respective lawn chaises or reclining chairs just letting the MSM spoon feed things to them. They consider Comedy Central to be a source of serious news. Tragic.
if Adolf had a son
Today's neo-Nazis are not Democrats. The men in the post above yours did not vote for Hillary Clinton.
I was commenting on the overuse of “alleged.” I might have written the same post with “suspect.”
He’s not going to walk. He will be tried. What he did was completely wrong. No defense for that.
He’ll be tried in prison by the population. I doubt if he’ll be alive in two months.
As I’m watching the video prior to the collission... the rear of his car was struck with a baseball bat. Driver has a history of taking anti-psychiatric meds... early reports from a writer who works at The Hill indicated that cops on the scene thought he was panicked and that led to the wreck.
So, no terrorism, no intent to harm...
Any good attorney needs to keep him out of jail... prison will mean the death penalty for this guy.
Just remember, political violence started with the left.
We still owe them a few dust-ups and bloody noses.
A rock or a club to the head...
Remember those people at the San Jose Trump rally? Over 2 dozen injured while the police stood aside. And there were several others...Berkley...Chicago...
This exchange ain’t even yet. Not by a long shot.
But I think you are falling for a lot of liberal propaganda on this. Let's evaluate each of your statements:
Nazism is not Conservatism. Implied in this is that he was a Nazi, but other than a high school teacher saying he wrote a paper on the Nazi's there is no indication of that. Assuming that his really him pictured above he is not sporting any Nazi themes on his attire. That would be a strange thing to do-- they whole point of being a neo-Nazi appears to be triggering people with you Nazi iconography and costume.
you align yourself with this White Supremacy Nazi sh*t then you YOU ARE a piece of sh*t and my enemy
Anytime you hear these terms "Nazi" and "White Supremicist" think "I am being manipulated".
The protesters themselves call themselves "white identitarians". They are quite explicit that they do not consider the white race superior to others.
They do, however, have a desire to retain the USA and other white countries (like those in Europe) as large majority white states. They oppose the immigration of culturally alien groups, and any level of mass-migration that destroys the racial and ethnic makeup of the state.
One can disagree with this and say "It's not a problem! America is for everyone in the world". " We can import even the most primitive, savage tribe, like Somali s - and our ideals will turn them into patriotic Americans."
They would describe you as a deluded boomer and a cuckservative.
The rally was to protect the Civil War monuments. The AltRight claim that a different race of people will not retain, treasure and support our history and culture.
The desire of the Left, and especially blacks, to destroy every civil war monument does seem to lend credence to their claim.
It seems to me there is a LOT of space between not wanting the historic monuments in your state torn down, not wanting to become a hated minority in a country your great-grandparents helped build, and not wanting to have your family and co-ethnics replaced by wildly different groups from Africa and Asia AND being a neo-Nazi or White Supremecist.
Most of the AltRight seems the Constitution. Richard Spencer has written about the importance of the First and Second amendments, for instance.
I don't believe that the Constitution requires surrendering our great cities to angry, incompetent minorities, so that they can trash them and rip down the statues our grandfathers and great-grandfaters built. I don't remember that part.
I probably don't view everyone who disagrees with the US Constitution an "enemy how needs to die". That seems sort of ridiculous. The vast majority of SC cases are decided by a split. So Justice A, B and C don't agree with Justices D, E, F and G. And they do move around.
So I (personally, your milage may vary) would never say I thought everyone who disagrees with the Constituion "deserves to die". That's over broad.
I would much more strongly disagree with people who want to "fundamentally transform" the USA by making the Constitution meaningless, and allowing mass-migration to transform the ethnic and religious makeup of the Former USAl.
I've read that from several sources, including the The Hill reporter who was there. Is there video of this? Or at least video of the baseball bat dent?
Waiting for his lawyer's statement. Should be interesting.
(Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6.)
Presumably there's plenty of cell phone video footage of his car getting stuck in traffic and pummeled with bats, right? I mean, everyone films everything these days.

Which video shows his car being hit by a baseball bat? Link please. And, how does that give him any excuse for running people down?
