He’s not going to walk. He will be tried. What he did was completely wrong. No defense for that.
He’ll be tried in prison by the population. I doubt if he’ll be alive in two months.
As I’m watching the video prior to the collission... the rear of his car was struck with a baseball bat. Driver has a history of taking anti-psychiatric meds... early reports from a writer who works at The Hill indicated that cops on the scene thought he was panicked and that led to the wreck.
So, no terrorism, no intent to harm...
Any good attorney needs to keep him out of jail... prison will mean the death penalty for this guy.
