But the courts are the only places that liberals can advance their agenda. Over half the states had laws or constitutional amendments declaring that marriage is between one man and one woman only, yet 5 SC justices struck them all down.

If thousands have declared themselves, why are the five anonymous? I am not 100% sure, of course, but it's possible what they are doing is illegal. At the very least, if I was their supervisor, their efficiency report would take a serious hit.

The courts don’t get to decide who serves in the military and they don’t get to decide who comes to America. In a sane, constitutional country, no. But we have moved far from that.
