Unfortunately they don’t need to pursue them. They already have them.

This is not going to end pretty.

It seems to me that it is in the interest of just about every NK with the exception of Fat Man/Little Boy and his closest collaborators of doing things that do lead to the end of the present regime. The change may be painful, but the present system is virtually unsustainable.

“...Mattis added that while the State Department was making diplomatic efforts, the United States and its allies have the most “precise, rehearsed and robust defensive and offensive capabilities on Earth.”...”

Good to hear the certainty in his voice.

Mattis reinforces POTUS

I believe Rex Tillerson did also....

“What the president is doing is sending a strong message to North Korea in language that Kim Jong Un would understand, because he doesn’t seem to understand diplomatic language … I think it was important that he deliver that message to avoid any miscalculation on their part.”

What if Trump and his administration just went silent on North Korea while continuing to build up assets in the theater?

I get the feeling, from “MAD Dogs” words of warning, that if FAT-UN doesn't calm WAY down on his getting nukes, he'll get nukes, dropped on his fat butt!

Back during the Reagan Administration, Haiti was a dictatorship ruled by Jean Claude "Baby Doc" Duvalier.
Reagan sent some people there with instructions to explain how a cruise missile works.
The dictator was shown how we could send a missile through a window in his palace, without touching the frame of said window, and take him out.
He left on a U.S. Air Force plane in 1986.

Trump needs to send a diplomat and a General to explain to Fat Boy the workings and capabilities of an Ohio class submarine.
Stress that we have 14 of these submarines that are nuclear capable, and we only need ONE to remove NORK and all of its population from the face of the Earth.
Pyongyang would be transformed into a smoking hole in the ground that glowed in the dark.

"Lil Kim, we only need ONE".

This is what is called “Fair Warning” before we bring the pain.

McCain to Mattis: “Not only are you not authorized to speak on this matter, but you can’t make any move without my expressed permission. I am the war expert here, and I say we don’t have the ability to do anything”

Everyone is getting whipped up by the media and Trump’s tweets, calm down. This hysteria is nonsense and downright dangerous.

Too many headline readers are completely ignorant of the NK capabilities. NK must be having a big laugh at all our headlines.

The most powerful NK missile, only in theory, could reach about Kansas City, with no payload bigger than a jar of kimchee.

They would have to have another missile stage added on to provide more fuel in boost.

Their best missiles so far are all “truck” launched. They don’t have a truck big enough for a bigger missile. If they did, a bigger heavier missile would get damaged joyriding around NK.

They would have to go to a silo launch with onsite liquid fueling. That’s what every other nuclear power does that wants nukes delivered.

NK has no silos, if they did we would know. Also, all of their orbital apogee missiles have burned up on re-entry, they don’t have adequate heat shields, yet.

Let’s all calm down.

The North Koreans will probably end up dropping a nuke on China when the rocket go KADIWAMPAS on re-entry.
