TEL AVIV White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster served at a UK-based think tank financed by a controversial, George Soros-funded group identified by the Obama White House as central in helping to sell the Iran nuclear deal to the public and news media. From September 2006 to February 2017, McMaster is listed as a member of International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), where he served as consulting senior fellow. The IISS describes itself as a world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.
The IISS has been supportive of the Obama administration-brokered 2015 nuclear accord with Iran, and the group has repeatedly hit back against charges that Tehran has violated the agreement.
McMaster himself has been accused of purging the National Security Council of hardliners on Iran, and he is seen as a leading proponent of the Iran nuclear accord within the Trump administration. He has reportedly urged the White House to recertify Irans compliance with the Iran nuclear deal.

Maybe President Trump’s strategy is to keep swamp people in his administration for a while to observe how others react, unmasking more swamp critters. It’s chess, baby.
Why not yet fired?
The anti-McM stuff is really getting old. He is OPPOSED to the Iran deal, has written against it extensively.
You all really need to read Thomas Wictor’s extensive twitter threads on McM.
I was just in WH Friday with Gorka & Bannon. No question McM is a “globalist” and as a general favors “big power.” But “he’s done some good things,” I was told and he is more than offset by other people in the Administration. There was no language about him being a “leaker” or involved in a “coup,” rather just another department that has different views.
Now, you ask, why keep anyone who doesn’t hold your views 100%? You might have asked that question of George Washington, whose cabinet was totally opposed to each other (Jefferson & Hamilton), or Lincoln (whose cabinet all thought they were smarter than Lincoln and who almost ALL disagreed with him on everything). The point is a strong Pres. not only can handle this but NEEDS opposing points of view, if only to have the correct point of view better illuminated.
If Bannon isn’t concerned, and if Gorka isn’t concerned and if DT isn’t concerned, maybe some people here are too concerned? Otherwise, what you are really saying is you don’t trust Trump or you think he isn’t smart enough to see what is happening, or what views are being presented.
And how did he arrive there? Because of the illegal leaks related to Gen. Flynn.

He sure isn’t working very hard to expose the secret Iran side deals. A bit odd for someone supposedly vigorously opposed to the Iran deal, IMO.
McMaster has made Islamo friendly comments but does that mean hes pro-Shia Iran or pro-Sunni Saudi Arabia?
What is one to think?
He sure looks like an arabist to me. A lot of high ranking generals are. They worked with them and want to sell arms to them after they retire.
The White House is obviously worried enough about the Anti-Israel stuff in his past to publicly deny it. That was the only specific charge they denied in that PR.
I think he’s doing quite a bit. Remember, he’s only head of the NSA. He’s not the DOJ, he’s not the trade negotiator, he’s not even the guy in charge of the deal itself.
You might look at the layers and see who actually has authority over what.
What's your point? The Democrat Party was founded in 1792 (by supporters of Thomas Jefferson who called themselves Jeffersonian Republicans, and changed its name to Democratic Party) in the 1830s -- long before it began working on its pro-communist agenda.
“If Bannon isnt concerned”
i thought McMasters recently fired 3 nationalist [aka Bannon] supporters on the NSC.
+1
I have never heard anyone in the Trump administration even mention Soros let alone attack him. Why the hell McMaster hasn’t been removed is beyond me. I mean what does it take?
Yes.
Do you have any idea why?
In one case where I have info, he went outside the chain of command to deliver a letter against McM.
Now, I don’t care who you are in government, that’s not accepted. If a Bannon subordinate had leaked an anti-Trump letter outside the chain of command you’d rightly go ballistic.
As WH NSC director McMaster is a point man for POTUS. Now he may be lighting a rocket under Tillerson to give up what the obama holdovers in State have on the Iran deal but there have been no reports of it.
It is frustrating to me after seeing the Obama NSC vigorously defend him and his policies to now have a Trump NSC that seems indifferent at best to MAGA. Not acceptable, IMO.
why is the Iran deal an issue all of a sudden?
The Russian sanctions bill passed by Congress and signed by the President, included sanctions on Iran and North Korea, with the Iranian sanctions crippling parts of the Iran deal. Russia’s response was accusing the US of a full-scale trade war. Iran has responded that the sanctions were in violation of the Iran deal and they would respond appropriately. The EU responded they would take issue with the US if any sanctions hurt their trade.
I don’t recall anyone on the WH staff complaining about the Iran sanctions.
Heh, good one!. I wish I had thought of that.
It’s more nail-biting than a Jason Bourne movie.
Shuuush!..loose lips lose Pawns!
Thanks!
Your post is more authoritative than everything else we have seen. If Gorka and Bannon are really OK with him, so am I.
If we have nothing to worry about then explain this McMasters hire these left wing loons / trump haters, and a Hamas groupie /p>
? Are you running interference for McMaster ?
McMasters just hired Obama bots and Hamas supporters for the NSA.
Beyond Odd .
