At this point AG Sessions should step in and say NO! You finish the Russian collusion investigation with no further investigation then if nothing is found that investigation if done and over with.

Then AG Session is back in the loop and then he and only he can decide if further action or investigation is warranted. This is not for some government twit to decide. AG Sessions is the Appointed AG not the twit in charge right now.

Can someone explain to me how there can be an investigation when the crime isn’t even mentioned? Just what is he investigating anyway? Can Mueller please mention to the country what criminal statute was violated? This is like a detective in any city investigating someone and when asked what for, the detective says “I am investigating this person for collusion with the Russians” and then he is asked “Collusion to do what?” “Um, um, just colluding”.

Just WHAT the hell is this? This is absolutely insane. Colluding to hack the election? But the election wasn’t hacked! Even Obama said it is impossible to hack a POTUS election, so what the hell is this guy investigating? The US is constantly hacked from all corners of the world, what the hell does a real estate developer have to do with that? Think about it: Trump last year was Joe Q. Citizen, he was running for President, he had zero connections to Washington, Obama and his mafia were running everything so why isn’t OBAMA investigated being that HE was responsible for national security and keeping our elections legit?

The fact is the career felon who is above the law Hillary Clinton LOST the election because she spent her whole campaign sitting on her fat cankle supported ASS while Trump was out there every-single-day busting his and they are trying to push this BS that he won because he “colluded with the Russians?” To do WHAT? Use their magical satellites that beam brain rays into peoples head forcing them to vote for Trump? And this Republican party in Washington can absolutely BITE me with their snowflake BS. None of them are fighting back against this hoax.

Trump should fire Rosenstein and name Jeanine Pirro as the new Deputy AG. There will be no nonsense or games with her.

IMO, Rubenstein is owned by Deep State. They have something on him and use him at their will. His statement is therefore meaningless.

“he needs to come to the acting attorney general, at this time me, for permission to expand his investigation.”

I can’t read the article website but I wonder if they asked Rosey if he had been asked to expand the scope at this time?

Still, my gut tells me Muler is gonna do what he wants, inbounds or out and leak any info he can to discredit Trump. All he needs do is get info out there, whether he can bring charges or not. Smear the target!

Net result:

Mueller: I want to investigate an alleged contract breach in 1979.

Rosenstein: Permission granted.

Rosenstein’s authorization memo appointing Mueller does not state the grounds for the authorization:

• what violation(s) of law are suspected
• what evidence exists to support those suspicions

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations requires that a special counsel not be appointed unless and until it is determined that there are grounds for a criminal investigation (28 CFR 600.1) yet Rosenstein has appointed a special council without specifying any criminal act to investigate! Rosenstein has violated regulations governing the appoint of a special counsel.

Rosensteins authorization to Mueller cites Comey’s testimony, “The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James B. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017...” Comey explicitly and unambiguously described a counterintelligence investigation, not a criminal investigation. Why is Rosenstein citing Comey?

Rosenstein’s authorization lacks grounding.

This guy is incompetent.

Okay, it’s time to play their little game with their own expertise... Jeff Sessions.. listen up!!! UNRECUSE yourself, as this does not apply to anything you once erroneously thought you had to recuse for... UNRECUSE yourself like holder would do (holder wouldn’t have recused in the first place!) .. UNRECUSE yourself because it’s the thing to do.. and STOP this madness once and for all! If you don’t take this opportunity, you are more than weak... you started this .. now stop it!!!

From the rumors floating around he already has permission to go practically anywhere he wants if there is a Trump name involved.

IMHO, the Deep Staters are worried that Jeff SESSIONS WILL NAME A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO INVESTIGATE THE CLINTON/LYNCH COLLUSION 7 RUSSIAN CONNECTION AND THE WASSERMAN-SCHULTZ FOREIGN ESPIONAGE BUSINESS. This statement that Mueller’s investigation is limited is a FALSEHOOD TO MAKE SESSIONS MORE COMFORTABLE/CALM WITH MUELLER’S ACTIVITIES.

By Rosenstein’s logic, any expansion of the investigation beyond Russian collusion would require acting AG permission — BUT, if that expansion goes beyond Russian collusion, then it would require AG Sessions’ approval as it would go beyond Sessions’ recusal on Russian/campaign related matters, including so-called “obstruction” charges.

I’m seeing this as result of pressure by POTUS.

The Special Counsel is already existing contrary to law. There is no crime being investigated. The law for the creation of a SC requires that there be a crime to investigate. An allegation is not a crime nor is it evidence of a crime and is insufficient.

“”If he finds evidence of a crime that is within the scope of what Director Mueller and I have agreed is the appropriate scope of this investigation””

That certainly leaves a lot of wiggle room, doesn’t it?

“Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russia’s role in the 2016 campaign and President Donald Trump’s campaign’s potential ties to Russia was “not a fishing expedition.” “

Why no, it’s just a rectal exam of Trump and anyone around him to see if he did anything wrong without the slightest objective allegation that any crime of any kind has ever occurred. Who could ever call THAT a fishing expedition?

In other news the FBI will be investigating a bank robbery in a town where there isn’t the slightest proof that a bank robbery ever occurred.

Kept telling people this. No one listened. Only hysteria, hysteria, hysteria.

Was at WH Friday, discussed this with Bannon. Some concern about Mulehead getting OTHER people, not concerned about Mulehead getting DT for anything. Said Sessions right to recuse. Had to shield off DOJ from Russia.

Shut it down until a crime is identified. This is like the IRS calling in every taxpayer and saying "Let's go over the deductions you took this year (and see what we think is not allowed)".

Notwithstanding the IRS, when in America did you become guilty until proven innocent???? AND THE PRESIDENT IS ACCUSED OF THIS?????? OUTRAGEOUS IS WAY TO MILD OF A TERM.
