How do we look at Afghanistan without considering the poppy fields and their influcece on a world wide basis? What about the problems we have with heroine worldwide?

How difficult (and costly) is it to stop it at its source versus at our shores? Afghanistan is about the size of Texas, but it doesn't have the infrastructure, i.e., roads, airports, rail, etc., to facilitate efforts to destroy the poppy fields and distribution system. And the Afghan government is corrupt, which doesn't make them a good or willing partner to eliminate the source.

Yeah for sure.
Here’s a good one from Ex Texas Redhead

http://redstatewatcher.com/article.asp?id=89068
California has 11 counties with more registered voters than voting age citizens, with registered voters being 144% of eligible participants.

Think about it folks, Los Angeles County alone has approximately 10 million people. 44 percent of that is 4.4 million people. Combine it with the other 10 counties with their huge population, this is voters fraud of epic proportions.

It’s very possible, Hillary Clinton may have received her additional 3.4 million votes from these corrupt counties.

The world has been tipped on its head... Or we're in Bizzaro World, where everything is swapped.

Putin is the anti-communist, and the Pope is pro-communist:

Putin: ‘Pope Francis Is Not A Man Of God’

I actually agree with Vladimir about this.

Yeah I get it but letting the corrupt
CIA distribute the drug worldwide is hardly an answer.

Hers is a clip from the link to the link.

PUTIN SAYS: ‘POPE FRANCIS IS NOT A MAN OF GOD’
Nick Snowden | August 4, 2017 | General, News | No Comments

President Putin has slammed Pope Francis for “pushing a political ideology instead of running a church”, and warned that the leader of the Catholic Church “is not a man of God.”

“Pope Francis is using his platform to push a dangerous far-left political ideology on vulnerable people around the world, people who trust him because of his position,” Putin said.

“If you look at what he (the Pope) says it’s clear that he is not a man of God. At least not the Christian God. Not the God of the Bible,” Putin said at the Naval Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Kronstadt.

Absolutely agree. Massive voter fraud sustains the democrat party. Without it there’d be much, much fewer democrats elected.

And want to talk about collusion? Election collusion and the media go hand-in-hand.

There’s no way for the Russians or anyone to come close to the help the media gives to democrats in their various races for government positions.

The real question to ask isn’t what the Russians might have done for Trump, but how Trump even won with the whole global, Leftist media so against him!

No one, no thing, not close. But voter fraud gives them life.

As a good student of American history....I look at the current status of politics in the USA as to what happened during the Civil War. The Southern Confederacy was once the powerhouse political party. When Lincoln was elected, they went off their rockers with the hate for the Union and POTUS, Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln also suffered from many within his own party. But, Lincoln and the Union prevailed.

Why? the nations politics had changed, Slavery, was dying all over the world. The industrial revolution was really taking hold. Railroads were joining the country together. Manufacturing was outpacing agriculture. The South was not changing with the times and therefore was slowly dying, economically. Slavery was an idea whose time had passed.

Like slavery, “Big Brother Government” has failed the American people and, the American people have come to see, “government that governs least, governs best”. As a result, the Democrat Party is self-destructing. The only route for the Democrat Party is a rapid, strong move to political center of USA Politics. Less that, the Democrat Party will fade away, just as the Confederate States of America did. Nothing is as dead as a political idea or creed that has passed its time. Too bad the Democrat Party no longer has real world pragmatists in their midst. “Maxine Waters....ya gotta be kidding me.”

Here's an idea. Co-press secretaries. Kellyanne and Miller. They only appear on Sunday shows and press conferences together

Together, they level the playing field and are absolutely unbeatable.

Is it instinctive, or does Trump realize we’ll never win in Afghanistan, given the current strategy?

Perhaps it is more instinctive for McMaster and Mattis to not to throw in the towel?

Just some considerations on who is thinking strategically.

I think if we decide to stay in Afghanistan, we need to come up with a policy defining just what we are doing there, and for how long, what the milestones are, and which milestone we’ll use to finally leave.

Never been one to quit a battle, but it’s time to leave Afghanistan. What have we accomplished in the dozen or so years we’ve been there? We won a world war in five years besting the Germans and Japanese. We can’t win a war with a low rated third world cesspool?

Stephy fail today. Kellyanne was on a roll and scored points on everything. Georgey couldn’t stop her.

Perhaps the unsaid reason we are still in Afghanistan is Pakistan. The only reason we still care about Pakistan is due to its nuclear weapons program. That falling into terrorist hands would be very bad. Strengthening our ties with India is a way to mitigate the problem. Again Trump was ahead of the “Beltway Strategic Thinkers” in doing that. In his campaign where he appealed to Indian-American voters was a step in that direction ad everybody missed that!

I spent a military career being opposed to the Communists. By 1992 I thought we won. Now it looks like all the Communists are here! The world is turned upside down.

The Communists won when they murdered JFK, and deployed operation "cultural revolution"...which began to systematically destroy every tenet of traditional American/Christian culture.

Now the Soviets are toast, but the American Communists are running virtually every US institution.

Electric motors waste just 10%, but it still leaves gas with a 9-to-1 weight advantage.

The power/energy available in each pound/gallon of coal/oil is the Most efficient source of energy available with today's technology.

So now let use posit - Women do not do Math, 80% of the population is dumb or lazy thus only 20% -Mostly men do all of the work. Every one else is mooching off of us.

The answer is still - Yes, Dear - but we should repeal the 19th amendment- Yes, ladies I do love your movement - especially when you walk in from of me :)

Next we repeal the 17th amendment and Senators are to be appointed by the State legislators / Governors

Yeah for sure AB. Like you sometimes I’m amazed at how he won. You gotta wonder what the real numbers would have been taking out the vmassive voter fraud. Just in California alone it’s in the millions.
