Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., said President Trump is "deplorable" and believes he will ultimately be impeached after special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation ends.
"I think he's the most deplorable person I've ever met in my life," she said on MSNBC.

"He is a flawed man with no real values, and no real appreciation or understanding for government or public policy," she added. "No, I have no hope that anybody is going to be able to contain him, or that he's going to change."
Waters has led the charge to impeach Trump, but acknowledged that she has no information about Trump's alleged ties to Russia
