I've dropped 9 lbs. so far and need to drop another 10 to get to 175.

Surprisingly, eating nothing but plants, seeds, and nuts is definitely not as bad as I had thought it would be.
And yep, it's quite a departure for me to go from the ubiquitous pizza, beer, burgers, and breakfast sandwiches.
as a former vegan who put on mucho pounds on the nuts berries and tofu and whole grains diet, I must say, protein fat low carb work for me.
