There are many in NYC, Northern NJ and West Coast where they get money from wealthy foreigners wanting security and later the ability to legally vote and also helping to bring citizenship to their clan.

The last statement in article: “ According to U.S. immigration law, anyone who lies about the purpose of their visit can be charged with visa fraud, but birth tourism is not technically illegal.”

Why isn’t birth tourism specifically made illegal? Congress could write a specific bill to attack this, but outrageously they don’t

Mygosh, if it isn’t illegal does that mean an invader mother can put on her entry information that she’s coming to the US to give birth? If that’s not the case, one would think these moms-to-be could be kept out for not being truthful about why they’re entering the US.
