Mygosh, if it isn’t illegal does that mean an invader mother can put on her entry information that she’s coming to the US to give birth? If that’s not the case, one would think these moms-to-be could be kept out for not being truthful about why they’re entering the US.
Personally I don't think the US can take any more people who don't want to assimilate and be Americans.
The left, including their racist factions - which are considerable, have been bragging for decades that ‘whites will be a minority’, ‘we will breed you out of power’, the face of the country is changing’, etc. - as though that's the best thing in the world. Talk about ‘dog whistles’ for racism. Van Jones called this election a ‘whitelash’, as though this election was the last gasp effort of a dying group of Americans to maintain their way of life. The reality is that any ‘color’ or racism that has been pushing politics in the last 20 years has been anti-white male, and the racism is coming from those who enshroud themselves in the mantle of ‘victim’. That's bad for America, and it's bad for them - they've just been deluded by the cynical left for so long they don't recognize it yet.
A truly ‘color blind’ America wouldn't have an agenda to create new demographics - it would just accept the direction things went in the context of America going forward as a true melting pot. That's not what the left wants, and they are using immigration (illegal as well as legal) as the springboard for their efforts.

We need to change the law to correctly interpret the Constitution. Being born on US soil is not and should not be sufficient for US citizenship. The correct reading should be that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside” includes a condition of being “subject to the jurisdiction thereof”, which requires legal residence in our country.
“It will not OF COURSE include...foreigners.” I don’t know how much more clear it could be. Yet the invasion continues.
