Note that Awan’s family fled to Qatar - not their native Pakistan. We may assume that Awan therefore has some connections there to support himself and his family and avoid arrest.

Rhetorical question: What is Qatar’s ideological bent? What group is known to support that has gained the ire of the USA and Arab World?

Last night I heard Newt say that people in Washington are still scared to death of the Clintons. Someone has got to take them down a la the Mafia.

‘Peculiarly, Awan’s primary employer, former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, kept him on her staff until just before he attempted to flee’

The original story said DWS didn’t fire Awan until after he was arrested at Dulles. Is there any way to find out which version is accurate?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz: her parents are criminals (her dad is now going to jail and her mom soon to follow), and she is a criminal. She has grotesquely violated US national security, giving these criminal spies from Pakistan full access to all intel and foreign relations material on virtually all of the House Democrats servers and devices.

Lock her up!!

I think they are essentially the same story.

Wasserman Schultz did not announce that he was fired until after he was apprehended but she later claimed that she fired him just before he was arrested.

He was definitely still on DWS staff when he was arrested. I saw that in a variety of places. Don’t have time right now to look it up but maybe later. She fired him AFTER he was arrested.

Thank you both. Sounds to me like Awan had a powerful hold on DWS. I read she’s been a basketcase since he was arrested. If only McTurtle would push Wray’s confirmation through, there could be some blockbuster developments in the not very distant future.

How can this possibility be ignored?

I don't have TV, so I've been watching CBSN online all day waiting to see if they cover this story. Nope, not mentioned even once, so far, because of the urgency of the story about Angelina Jolie coping with the onset of Bell's Palsy. Also, there was an important amusement park ride that crashed in Ohio.

Shot multiple times in the back at 5:00am in DC or a suicide by double gunshot to the back of the head.

A former Air Force buddy of mine did commit suicide by putting a gun in his mouth and shooting himself in the brain twice. No question it really was suicide, not an "Arkancide." That incident has caused me to be a little less sure about whether something really is a suicide, or instead is a version of Arkancide.

I believe the vote on Wray’s nomination is scheduled today.

I can guarantee she never suspected she would get in trouble. Not after Hillary got away with that email server.

Thanks I for the info and hope you’re right. The pace of confirmations for Trump’s nominees so far has been shamefully slack.

You’re right I’ve been thinking about this for days. They came on the scene from Pakistan and Huma is Pakistani so maybe they’re related? And that’s how they got involved with this whole Democrat Hillary conspiracy.
I think I remember in one of George Webb’s YouTube series that he said Imran started working for Hillary in 1999 when Bill Clinton was still president. Haven’t found any other corroboration after that but if so maybe he was one of the Muslim student Association that Huma’s family was/is so involved in. A Pakistani exchange student who got internship just like
Huma.
I’d love to see his entrance visa and whether he has a green card or not.

Wray was pretty quick. Sent to Senate June 26. Judiciary hearing July 12. Approved and put on Senate calendar July 20. Vote today, maybe, as delays could occur even at this point.

Well if there was only one expedited confirmation, I’d be happy if it were Wray. McCabe is like an absessed tooth. He needs to be removed down to the roots. I have high hopes for Wray. We’ll see if he lives up to expectations.

They probably just used the “Bank Fraud” charge to support an emergency arrest warrant since these spies were fleeing the country.

Once you file a charge, speedy trial requirements kick in. If you’re not ready for trial, you lose. The big espionage charges are probably down the road once they firm up their proof.

...it takes time to unravel all of this.

According to the http://nypost.com/2017/03/04/capitol-hill-staffers-probed-for-theft-worked-for-nyc-congressmen/ the Awans first got involved in the People's business when Imran Awan started accessing the U.S. Congressional information network in 2004.

Since the Pakistanis were bottom feeding from the beginning working with Democrats, one could hardly discount the probability the FBI was bugging most of them anyway. I realize bringing charges against numerous Representatives is not as convenient as say, setting up an ambush on a snowy road but holy moly, we're supposed to believe the FBI hasn't kept notes easily transformable into indictments?

I think your "it’s hardly getting started" would read more credibly as "it will hardly get started."
