Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) — Village elders in Pakistan ordered the rape of a 17-year-old girl after her brother was accused of raping another girl.
Twenty people have been arrested by police following the two assaults, which took place last week in the town of Muzaffarabad, close to Multan in south Pakistan, police said Thursday
The mother of the first victim, who is aged 12, told police her daughter was cutting grass in a field when she was raped by a man. The 12-year-old reported the rape to her mother, who then complained to village elders.
After deliberating, the elders declared one of the sisters of the first attacker would be raped in retaliation for the crime, according to the police report.

Until about 10 years ago, General Musharaff ruled Pakistan and made some effort to secularize the legal system and to crack down on barbarism like honor killings. However, international pressure for "Democracy" in Muslim countries egged his opponents on to successfully oust him and replace him with weak leaders who let Islamists run amok.
Liberals have a hope that the same approach used to water down and eventually destroy Christian values will work in the case of Islam as well. The problem is one of demographics and the innate persistence of Islam’s propagation and reinforcement system.

Several years ago a something similar happened there and the young sister of the man accused was ordered to be raped in retaliation. The village elders (judges) pronounced the sentence, then quickly ran to get in line for their turn at her.

We are continually told that Islam has nothing to do with this, yet Islam is the faith of those who committed these crimes and yet their faith alone did not stop them from doing them. In fact, they could actually act as a community and decide as a community to commit these crimes, and even as a community of that faith, Islam, the community agreed to the “retaliatory” crimes. There are Muslims who believe that the Quran’s sanction of retaliation in some equal form as equal justice for major crimes, and among them are those who do not exclude rape from sanctioned equal retribution.
In neither a Christian, Jewish or Buddhist community would anyone find a retaliatory rape as “justice” for the rape of another. Yet, we are continually told there is no clash of civilizations.

Background
Cognitive ability tests are widely assumed to measure maximal intellectual performance and predictive associations between intelligence quotient (IQ) scores and later mental health problems. This assumes that liberals are actually sincere when they invoke "reason", "science", "human rights", "women's rights", "gay rights", etc. These aren't the Left's end goals, only their tools.
The Left's real agenda is the destruction of traditional western culture and western social institutions. That means fighting religion and traditional social institutions here in America (and in Europe) in the name of the so-called rights and ideals listed above. The same rights and ideals never apply to Third World cultures. "Misogyny" must be opposed if it means that you not willing to pay for a sorority girl's birth control pills, but not such a big issue if Somalis want to give their daughters clitorectomies. Similarly, "Homophobia" must be opposed if some Baptist bakery won't make a cake for a homo-wedding, but not such a problem if Saudis want to decapitate homosexuals or throw them off towers. Along the same lines, liberals never demand that Muslims, African animists, etc abandon their superstitious beliefs in the name of "science," nor will they ever.
What this tells us is that the Left has no real ideals at all other than destroying Western culture. If it's done in the name of "progressive" causes internally, great. If it has to be achieved by an invasion of Third World riffraff, that's great too.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the village elders set up the punishment so they can watch. Their excuse would be to verify that the punishment complied. It would illustrate the sub human level the culture has sunk.
Pakistan is apparently a place civilization has not yet reached.
Even a Stone Age society would not behave like this.
These animals are sub-human; maybe a few should be kept in zoos to remind us, but none should be allowed to live elsewhere.
Arm the women after killing all the village elders and the rapist.
