Reaction from Republican Sen. Richard Shelby and congressional Democrats rolled in Wednesday following President Trump's tweets announcing a ban on transgender people serving in the military.
Shelby, an Alabama Republican, said the president's announcement reverses the current "big tent" policy for the country's all-volunteer military and that he wanted to look more closely at Trump's morning tweets.

I’ll bet Senator Graham from South Carolina also has a problem with this. Maybe he and Shelby can form a support group or something.
Shelby is not thinking clearly, nor is he putting the best interests of the citizens of the USA. Maybe he is a Democrat who does not care how much money he wastes on "big tent" policies. Just increase taxes, ehh, Senator?
A person with gender confusion is NOT able-bodied or fully qualified. Gender confusion is a treatable mental disorder, attendant with tremendous medical costs and disruption.
Additional medical costs and time lost in disruptions takes away resources needed for combat readiness, and more.
Its quite American for the POTUS to rely on the best advice of his professional military commanders on the best policies to preserve our miliary readiness.

This is why we are screwed. The left pushes their agenda. The right never pushes back. Take ZeroCare. There are Rinos who voted against in then, but voted to keep it now. Their logic back then was it was a bad bill. And somehow that logic doesn’t work to repeal. Instead these Rinos focus on how many people will be “hurt”. Scumbags don’t seem to care how many more people are hurt having their wealth redistributed against their will.
And if Rinos defend trannies and phags, there is zero hope to push back in the sexual deviancy arena.
