The Amazon Washington Post fabricated the facts on my ending massive, dangerous, and wasteful payments to Syrian rebels fighting Assad.....
So many stories about me in the @washingtonpost are Fake News. They are as bad as ratings challenged @CNN. Lobbyist for Amazon and taxes?
Is Fake News Washington Post being used as a lobbyist weapon against Congress to keep Politicians from looking into Amazon no-tax monopoly?
The AWaPo pays no taxes?
If only Washington was as responsive and proficient as I have experienced Amazon to overall be, thank God, despite its liberal support.
Nothing's changed since.
Washington Post make something up?
Never!

I’d say that every day there are fabrications or lies in Post articles.
WaPo is run by man-hating females.
Many online companies sell products and there is no sales tax. Unfair to local businesses that have to collect taxes.
It's not unfair in the least. If you're selling products to customers outside of your state, there's no sales tax. If within, sales tax is applied. That's the way it has always worked, going far back to the mail order days. Think about it...
I’ve said before that we should call it the Amazon Blog, and the NYT the Carlos Slim Blog.
From what I understand, Bezos has never paid taxes on Amazon income because Amazon (IIRC) reports miniscule to zero *profit*. WaPo, I assume, is in the red...just because it is an MSM operation and print, besides. Amazon minus WaPo, minus other operations......
Of course, there is income, but we all know you simply need corresponding costs and presto! chango! no *profit*.
They need to be taxed for each Fake News publication.
And CNN could be described as AT&T’s contempt for America.
Verizon has outstanding national coverage.
As I write this thread has been up on FR for about an hour and isn’t getting the attention it deserves.
Furthermore none of the posts have addressed.the key takeaway from the Trump tweet:
Bezos is CEO of Amazon and owns the Washington Post.
Amazon is one of the biggest money generating machines in the known universe.
Trump is threatening Bezos where he is actually most vulnerable. He is giving millions of people a reason for NOT placing that next online order with Amazon. That is not good for Bezos. That is not good for Amazon. And it may not end with one Trump Tweet.
What is implied but not actually stated by Trump: Pull back your WP dogs and I ( Trump) will lay off on Amazon. If not then watch out for the tax bill coming up this fall. And watch out for my next series of Tweets.
Very correct you are. When I order goods from a company in Texas via the internet I do pay tax as I live in Texas. If I order from a company out of state I do not pay taxes. This is unfair to the local brick and mortar stores. I love buying on the internet due its convenience and speed. The internet does have an unfair advantage over the local stores.
They do. Trump is talking about mandatory sales taxes on internet sales.
Trump is the world’s greatest troll. One of my favorite recent pass times is to go to Yahoo and read the comment sections on any of the Trump tweet articles. If you, like me, find liberal tears rejuvenating, it’s like the fountain of youth.
Oh I get it now — Jeff Bezos. I was thinking Wonder Woman? Washington Post? What’s the connection?
I am just going to disagree. To sell into an areas, some are required to collect taxes. Why should they be at a disadvantage?
If you try to Google “CNN ratings” on Google News, you will find the search result was cleaned up to only show good news about their ratings.
“Many online companies sell products and there is no sales tax. Unfair to local businesses that have to collect taxes.”
Apples and oranges. If they are located in that state, they have to collect taxes as well. If not they don’t.
If you bought something in Texas that was taxed in NY, but not in Texas, would you still pay NY the tax when you got home?
Silly rabbit, of course you wouldn’t. If you go to that store in Texas via the internet, you think they should collect and pay NY taxes? Oh, you do? Why?
In NY the law says as an individual you have to report and pay those missed taxes (NYS misses them) on your state tax return, LOL, HA!, HELLarious (sic) I wonder if they have actually collected one dime per that dumb law.
“DON’T TAX ME BRO!
