In Mississippi there is a law, “Depraved indifference to human life” that ought to have it’s twin in Florida...one would think. These gangstas need to be in jail, in Mexico. Yeah, that’s the ticket, lets outsource jailing thugs to a more compassionate country like Mexico.

I guess that whole depraved indifference to human life is a cultural thing, one that I see metastasizing all around us.
