In that scenario, public service announcements will tell residents, people should "get inside, stay inside, and stay tuned."

My guess is that much of the infrastructure at the military bases in Hawaii and elsewhere is ‘hardened’ against even EMP strikes.
If they think they need to be defended, maybe they should start defending the Constitution.

ACE Hardware just announced they have a special shipment of NUCLEAR EAR PLUGS arriving soon and most have said they are relieved that someone is doing something!!!!! The State legislature has been called into Special Session to determine the SALES TAX for these ear plugs.
