Sessions was a cowardly twit for his recusal. That one gave the whole Russia BS narrative its legs.
Worse, pissing off the libertarians who supported Trump, the old fart decided to go after medical marijuana. THAT was a “stupid” move.
Potheads connect everytthing to their fixation on their pot.
More recently for me is expanding/being more aggressive with civil asset forfeiture. Too many abuses in that program. Needs to be killed.
Cowardly? Not at all. Dotted the legal i’s and crossed the legal t’s.
It certainly did not give the Russia jive legs. That is all Dems/traitor Rs like McInsane’s work.
After restarting the failed "war on drugs" with the least problematic drug as a target Sessions decided that he would reinstate the overly broad civil seizure laws that resulted in many small businesses and others having assets seized by the government without any trial or conviction, and encourage police forces to use them even if their state laws don't allow seizures.
What was he thinking? Sessions has been a real disappointment.
The return of Asset Forfeiture Laws did it for me. I traveled with over $5000 to buy a car a few months ago, because, I personally don’t like having a car note, because of Sessions, now I could have had my money seized and been accused of buying drugs, because you know, guilty until proven innocent. Ending that was the only thing the Obama Administration got right, that and stopping local police from getting military equipment. I suppose Sessions will bring that back next.
Sessions is pro Police State. I was his biggest supporter. I am a fool.
Trust NO ONE.
