It seems that Ted Cruz is playing an ever increasing role in the Trump administration, although not in an official capacity.
I say that is a good thing.

LOL....The hand-wringing #HateCruz trolls will be on you in.....3-2-1....watch ‘em

I have to agree. Cruz is the smartest Senator by far. Trump would do well to take his advice.
I’m kind of surprised that I, too, am comfortable with Cruz assisting Trump in this. I believe Trump can trust Ted to be mission-faithful and a strong leader here. Before Trump came along, Cruz was the Senate’s “kick over the apple cart” firebrand on a host of conservative issues.
I like I like I like!
I agree. Unlike the Democrat crybabies and John McCain to this day, Cruz took his loss in stride since his misstep at the RNC convention, and has continued to act forcefully for the conservative mission in the Senate without bashing the guy who beat his arz. Good for him, and I hope his talents will be utilized.
I think "yes"!!!
Me too.
I say that is a good thing.
I totally agree. I like Ted Cruz and what he stands for.
Lying Ted? After the way they each went after each other and their spouses? To me it just illustrates how much of a scumbag all politicians are. Sleazy at every turn.
Our politicians are pathetic.
Trump’s true friends reside in the libertarian and conservative wings of the USA.
Totally agree. I was not a Cruz supporter, but I have seen several interviews with him since the election and he definitely seems to have his head on straight when it comes to what I actually going on, and more importantly, what should be done. I would have liked him on the SCOTUS, would welcome him as AG.
Ted Cruz was pro-amnesty, pro-guest worker and pro-free trade/TPP. Trump ran explicitly against Ted Cruz style conservatism.
I guess for conservatives who didn’t support Trump from the beginning, a move back towards Globalism is good.
There are a lot of Cruzers in administration roles.
