Mohamed Noor is not a jihad terrorist. This was not a jihad attack. He is just a trigger-happy, panicky, reckless individual who held his job not because he was fit for it, but because of what he symbolized.
I'll accept that, but given his refusal to speak with investigators, and a lack of information on his background, it may not be true. More important, what has his background taught him about inappropriately dressed women.
I'd suggest political correctness is the issue rather than Islamaphobia. I suspect there are other tokens on the force.

I haven’t heard anything about his social media history, if he has one. If he’s made radical statements in the past, hiring him just to have a token Muslim is even more egregious.
This is my take on this murder. The cop is a Muslim first and a LEO second (or third,etc.) They two cops pull up to the scene and the blond woman dressed in her PJs leans down to talk to the cop driving. Maybe she exposed a bit to much cleavage (unintentionally) doing this and Mad Mo went into a Rag Rage and killed the offending woman for Allah.

If Noor met the qualification of their training, I’d suggest a retraining program is in order for their entire department.
More appropriate, I would suggest a comprehensive “fit for the job” evaluation before even considering to hire. This guy seems to have some baggage he is carrying from the other reports I have read.

Nervous, jumpy cops kill people in this country all the time. Diamond and Castillo in Minnesota, Terence Crutcher and Eric Harris in Oklahoma, Tamir Rice and Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams and John Crawford in Ohio, Keith Scott in North Carolina and Walter Scott in South Carolina and Erik Scott in Nevada, Christopher Roupe in Georgia, the list goes on and on and on. Black officers, white officers, Hispanic officers, Muslim officers, it all can't be due to "political correctness".
