Trump’s remarks on Sessions are a purposeful distraction to deflect any attention to the Hillary et al investigations underway.

The FBI director needs to be in place ASAP.

Sessions in DC to long. Part of the Deep State more than likely as he is letting this crap continue and not countering it.

Sessions is the most honorable AG we have had for some time.
He also schooled the left with his last senate testimony.

Trump and Sessions are adults and will reconcile.

Smokescreen, so Sessions can get the job done.

Takes the focus OFF of him.

They ‘look the other way’ (actually bury their head in the ground) when it comes to Hillary and Bill Clinton. BUT.. when it comes to TRUMP, they give conduct anal exam to see if there’s any Russians hiding.

The situation is so screwed up now it is hard to say whether his leaving would change things. There were to courses that Sessions should have taken. 1. He should have clearly anticipated the ongoing Russian witch hunt on the Hill. Knowing this and with his belief (though misplaced) that he was conflicted out of managing the matter on behalf of the President, he should have refused to take the job. 2. If he only realized his supposed conflict after being appointed, he should have promptly resigned since he was unable to fulfill his duties on behalf of the President.

I’d be hard pressed to work for someone who was so brutal to me in public.

Conservatives thought Jeff Sessions would be a great AG; they thought the same at first of Chester Trent Lott, Jr., of MS becoming majority leader.

Well bully for him, but Sessions has to DO something to show he gives a crap about the things WE care about, like is he investigating Hillary? Clinton Foundation? Huma? Susan Rice? Brennan? Comey? Leakers? Is he looking for/finding leakers? Will he define and delimit Mueller’s current blank check scope of authority and keep him off Trump’s business interests no matter how far back in time?

Sessions has shown no heed to Trump agenda except Drugs and immigration enforcement.

We also have Tillerson throwing stones at Israel, and disregarding Trump’s other doctrines across the world.

A lot of this goes back to the “chief of staff” (Rinse Prebius) who seems to not be doing his job
