The Senate repeal/replace bill was put together by a task force of GOP Senators that was organized by Mitch McConnell.

Rand Paul wasn't part of that task force.

I never understood why the GOP leadership would leave a freaking medical doctor off that task force.

Since Paul is bragging that this was his idea for months now he should round up the votes.(But I don't think his plan was ever for this to pass)

I have no idea what McConnell is going to do on this but if they go for a vote and it fails it will be portrayed as an humiliating Trump failure.
