There should be no "Trumpcare" the term is offensive. There should be 100,000 new private sector insurance programs...all available to the various individual and group markets.
Would there be a sunset provision in the repeal to allow folks to purchase or be migrated to replacement plans?
I don’t know the specifics of Trump’s healthcare plan. But as I said, if it requires new federal government power beyond the scope of the Congress’s limited Commerce Clause powers, then the states need to decide if they want to ratify a healthcare amendment to the Constitution, something that Congress wrongly ignored when it established Obamacare.
