Actually it’s good they will repeal. Two years is outside if they come up with something sooner they can put it into effect. The nice thing about this is no bail outs, if the insurance companies raise premiums even the limbs will be screaming

agreed...I also believe if the gov withdrew completely from healthcare regulations, the free market along with competition would lower the premiums, create more flexible plans, and eventually have plans that cover preconditions. Allowing plans to be sold across all the states would also contribute to lowering premiums. Lower premiums equals more people covered...AND kick the illegals out of the USA, as they suck up all the emergency room space with the flu, colds and fevers, at the taxpayers exspense.

I don’t care about “replace”. I’d just like to see some commonsense laws passed regarding health insurance. For example,

1. Allow it to be sold across state lines.
2. Require health care providers to post the costs of procedures. BEFORE I agree to have it done.
3. Charge the same amount to an uninsured person as you do to the insurance company.
