It is almost impossible to legally own a hand gun in Washington DC.

Murder rates by state have no correlation to the local gun laws. Murder rates are high in socially dysfunctional groups.

Each of the above cities are hard core democrat cities with a large black population. The real hell of it is, it is mostly blacks murdering blacks. There is a dysfunctional sub group in the mostly non criminal black society that is destroying their own society.
