Why the big deal about moving to another seat?
Well, let's look at the facst for you one more time, shall we?
She hooked and paid extra for - an extra room seat - for her very long legs - she's a tall lady.
They said 'move', she simply asked "Why?"
They refused to answer.
So maybw she was upset anout being switched to a seat where her knees wold b e around her ears.
AND, I'll just bet, were YOU in that situation, you'd demand an answer and a refund.
Because when you are very tall and very long legged you need that extra space she paid for. Dan Quayle had a blood clot in his lung which started in his leg and moved up to the lung, and could have caused his death. Doctors attribute this serious condition to confinement in cramped space on airlines. This is deadly serious.
Guessing you do not fly much, there is a world of difference between seat spacing and if you are taller or for whatever reason you wan that seat. They charge extra for roomier rows and they should never move you to just another seat
I have flown extensively and know of whence I speak and have or have had frequent flier miles on most carriers
So unless you are jealous of her or just ignorant I suggest you do some research before you start typing
She is tall and lanky.....you pay EXTRA for more leg room. And she had paid extra.
I'm tall, I used to fly a lot and was allowed to book exit row seats, which usually have extra legroom. If they kicked me out, all I could do would be to write a nasty letter to the CEO.
But she's Anne Coulter and has 1.6 million Twitter followers.
Only question I have is why wasn't she flying First Class?
Probably because Ms. Coulter paid the extra fee to purchase that seat. Delta sells the exit row seats for an extra fee, typically around $50.
If you paid $50 extra for a particular seat would you be bothered if the airline moved you to another seat?
So you buy a seat behind the home-team's dugout, and a usher says you have to get up and gives you a seat out in right field.
Understand now?
