Coulter didn't just slam Delta for moving her from her "PRE-BOOKED seat" with extra leg room. She documented the experience in photos and tweet after tweet, which she shared with her 1.6 million followers, not to mention the wider spectrum of people fascinated by things Ann Coulter does.
So here is a member of the flight crew accused of "summarily snatching my ticket from my hand & ordering me to move w/o explanation, compensation or apology:"

yes. a refund on the difference should have been made and rather then taking her seat they should've asked her for the seat with a reason.
If you order and pay for (reserve) a box at a sporting event and end up standing in the aisle - are you a liberal jerk for complaining about it? If you don’t get what you paid for and agreed on, then I’d say you would be a snowflake jerk for not having the guts to speak out.
As I said in my comment, she should have complained but in not such a public and to me an obnoxious way. Coulter was looking for face time in the media.

So I guess you never expect to get what you pay for and as long as you get a refund for the inferior substitutions you’ll be happy. Hope the next time you book a hotel room with a king bed, fantastic view and all the amenities that they substitute a room with a single bed and no view because someone better than you came along and deserved it more than you. Of course, it will be acceptable to you because at least they’ll refund some of your money. What a loser mentality that is!
