It’s not the business of the Federal Government to build roads.
Don’t send it to the Middle East.
Don’t spend it on pork.
Don’t have it in the first place.
Don’t steal it from the citizens.
Actually, that is one of the few things the Federal government does that it is *specifically* required to do.
