Trump is the chief investigator/prosecutor/law enforcement officer in the Federal Government according to the constitution.
So how exactly does he “interfere” with his direct subordinates? Laughable.
What’s funny is that there are probably millions of people who think Hillary will be installed in the Oval Office if President Trump is impeached and convicted. Imagine their surprise when Mike Pence assumes office in that situation.
Yeah, after he is impeached for “interfering” with his direct -subordinates-. So how does that work exactly?

It’s irrelevant anyway. This guy is just fishing for likes, pats on the back and media attention, the way Dennis Kucinich used to do when he was always filing articles of impeachment against George W. Bush. He knows full well this isn’t going anywhere in a GOP-controlled House.
Article #1. That Donald J. Trump did deny Hillary Rodham Clinton the presidency, which was her turn to win.
Article# 2. That Donald J. Trump rallied voters who didn’t understand that Hillary Rodham Clinton would do the right thing.
