I’m surprised they didn’t take a hit out on him when they found out who it was. The U.S. is a rough place these days. What you say can get you killed.

4Chan /pol/ is all over this. CNN is going to be brutalized.

/pol/ is 4Chan’s “politically incorrect” board.
They are severely angry right now at CNN for its conduct in this matter. CNN is about to feel the power of weaponized autism.

(NOTE: For anyone who is unfamiliar with 4Chan: expect to see and hear things you find offensive. NSFW! About the only thing 4Chan doesn’t tolerate is child pornography. Everything else is allowed. You have been warned.)

Ooops! Another FCC violation? Criminal even?

The CNN legal dept will be busy.

First, knowingly reporting false news, now this.

“He called CNN back on Tuesday, after he posted the apology, and “sounded nervous about his identity being revealed and asked not to be named out of fear for his personal safety and for the public embarrassment it would bring to him and his family,” “

There is no right not to be embarrassed.

Remember, CNN is virtually an AT&T property.

BTW, Verizon has greater national coverage.

These sorts of videos are ridiculously easy to make, lots of helper sites out there to steer you right, lots of venues to post it to, and if people make it go viral, you could become a YouTube star overnight.

Apparently the poster (HanA**holeSolo) is a 15 year old kid.

CNN posted in their story tonight they ‘reserve the right’ to dox Han if he posts anything they disagree with politically in the future.

From 4chan:

CNN is threatening to potentially expose his identity (name/address/family/etc), causing him to be ostracized, lose his job, and perhaps, including any of his family, be intimidated / injured / maimed / murdered?

“CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.”

That’s a pretty clear death threat considering the political climate with open death threats against around the clock, second to second.

CNN just rocketed over the shark, if Twitter is any indication. Libs and conservatives both are basically roasting these condescending, self-important gasbags over some very hot coals.

https://twitter.com/kfile

The CNN reporter, Andrew Kaczynski, is now saying on his twitter account that they did not threaten anybody and CNN’s statement is being misinterpreted.

CNN wrote the article! CNN itself posted an article on their own website bragging that “CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.”

The people at CNN are supposedly communication professionals! I think when the threat was posted, they meant it. The backpedaling has already begun because of the immense backlash.

CNN and the left will try to turn this against Trump.

Nothing has worked so far. All they have left is extorting some kid who was having fun with a gif. They will attack the President for finding amusement in it.

CNN crossed a violence line with the kid. We know who the bully is. Right CNN?

This should not be tolerated by the American people. This sounded like a North Korean or Isis confession.

Reminds me of the apology made by the film maker that caused the Benghazi embassy protest attack./sarc

Hint: The Left only has as much power as we allow them.

Tell them to go pound sand.

This is all political theater.

No sane person could view this as anything other than what it was; A harmless, funny political cartoon.
