I am trying to figure out why Miami Beach is on that list. In the early 80s it became a hell-hole because they settled a lot of the Mariel boat lift people there but eventually they left. Or is there still a high crime rate in Miami Beach that I’m not aware of?
I could see Miami itself on the list. Maybe they know something we don’t.
Or they don’t know either. LOL!
