Donald needs to have DOJ look into this: (A) many RAT states vigorously advertise their voting data for sale; (B) certifying that its authentic and usable; (C) the RATS take money for the data. This could mean violations of several laws....and a RICO conspiracy..

DOJ needs to consider full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) because:

<><> (2) were employed by a publicly-funded sales enterprise,

<><> (3) that engaged in, and/or affected interstate commerce,

<><>(4) the tax-paid persons colluded to operate and manage the enterprise
