Then came the lines of constituents to enter. I had signed up two weeks ago, only to get an email the day before that only constituents how lived in the district could attend the town hall inside.

I'm surprised that they didn't anticipate this when they signed up. Whenever I 'write' to representatives outside my district I always use a zipcode or address within the proper jurisdiction. None will even acknowledge you if you don't.

While I love to hear that “Dirty Waters” is under siege, after years of mis-representing her district, I couldn’t finish the article. It has too many grammar and spelling errors for me to know for sure what’s going on.
