Former FBI Director James Comey was spotted at The New York Times building on Thursday
with his wife, but the two didn't visit the offices of the paper — they were attending
a ceremony for a nonprofit on another floor.
The Daily Mail first reported the images of Comey in the building; however, later in the
evening, Times reporter Maggie Haberman tweeted that he was in the building for a Court
Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) ceremony in another office within the building — not
meeting with reporters.
