there are auto door openers. We have touches water and soap, and toilet flushing, need auto door openers.

I don’t know about females (ladies?) but I can tell you about 15 years ago it seemed like 1/2 of the guys went out the door without washing their hands.
Seems like it’s 10%-25% now - maybe it is getting better, dunno.
