Republican Karen Handel staved off a furious challenge from Democrat Jon Ossoff on Tuesday in a race to represent a suburban Atlanta seat in Congress, as the GOP and President Donald Trump avoided an embarrassing defeat in the most expensive U.S. House contest in history.
A former Georgia secretary of state, Handel emphasized her experience and roots in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District to defeat Ossoff and keep a seat that’s long been held by Republicans in GOP hands. She becomes Georgia’s first female Republican member of the U.S. House.....

I don’t believe you are accurately describing Handel’s views.
A substantial amount of Black democrats live in that district. Lots of walking around money was spent to get them to the polls. YET, they still LOST.
So don’t sweat it. In fact, take joy in the fact they thought they could win, spent like drunk sailors, and still lost ALL of these elections!
So, according to the MSM, Handel barely squeaked out a win, and the DEMs made headway compared to the general election. Handel won by 5+%, while Trump won the district over Hillary by 1.5%. How can they make these misleading statements and not get struck down by lightning?
It is fun to watch, admit it. There’s a place for schadenfreude in everyone’s life.
Also, did you notice how far off the polls were? She won by 5, yet the RCP average was a tie.
