It is the job of Rosenstein to sit down with Mueller and tell him that he is disqualified under DOJ conflict of interest regs from investigating the President because of his close personal relationship with Comey. Additionally, he needs to inform Mueller that the Department will not permit Mueller to investigate the President for any crime since the DOJ/OLC has opined that no sitting President can be criminally prosecuted. Rosenstein needs to tell Mueller that if he tries such unauthorized activity, his appointment will be terminated immediately.

Why does this Mueller even need to be in any position? Fire him. Who cares. Trump is way ahead of the Dems. Problem is Sessions. Is he “all in’ or just “on cruise control”?
