Eric Clanton. Last i heard was tbat he plead not guilty to four counts of assault, out on bond, and his trial is supposed to take place sometime this month. I think this Wednesday (not really sure)
I wish we could find out for sure! Does anyone know which judge is assigned to the case? Contact the judge, attach that video clip and just ask, “Your Honor, is Eric Clanton, the guy in this RECENT video, scheduled to be in your courtroom this Wednesday?” ;) ;) ;)
I hope the guy he hit wins this case obviously and then files a massive lawsuit against Clanton and the College that refused to do anything about his actions. Also the Berkley police and mayor should be sued as well. Take every cent he can get.
