Rep. Ted Lieu: If Trump fired Rosenstein and Mueller, "I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings." https://t.co/lqJ0JTg1l6 Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) June 17, 2017
Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said Friday that Congress would come together and begin impeachment proceedings against President Trump if he fired special counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law, Lieu said on MSNBC. And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then [get] special counsel Mueller fired, I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings.

Over what? The president has the right to fire any appointee.
I think the idea is that if The Supreme Court and an overwhelming majority is okay with it, the Constitution is irrelevant.
Then, the feces will really hit the fan.
Good. Smoke 'em out. Primary their sorry asses.
It is the democrat solution to all things they don’t like.
GO AHEAD...
The Deep State wants Civil War II.
This is threat and President Trump will need to fire them anyway and call their bluff as we the People have his back.
It also proves that te Special Counsel is most definitely a witch hunt beyond a doubt.
Perjury Trap.
Impeachment Trap.
Deep State Treason.
Liberal Judge Assaults.
Media Assaults.
Incitement of Violence.
These have been the Left's strategy points since the day after Trump was elected.
Trump is not going to fire them but both of them may resign.
“No one is above the law” except Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Lois Lerner, James Comey, all the illegal aliens in this country...
Republicans have to obey the law. Everyone else is exempt.
No American Is above the law
Says the party that hacked its own primary to nominate Hillary Cinton
THERE FIXED IT: And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then [get] special counsel Mueller fired, I believe some 65 million Americans would begin impeachment proceedings against members of hate-filled Congress people dumb enough to act against a sitting president doing his job."
Yes it does tell us that they need them to follow their plan.
This resistance won’t ever stop and that’s ok. We just embrace it.
Bring it.
Not going to happen.
Imho it’s time to charge Comey with at least two felonies.
And to file a complaint with the FBI as Trump the citizen and candidate, regarding surveillance of his family, friends and campaign.
5.56mm
Ryan, McConnell, and company are chomping at the bit to impeach—while outwardly pretending otherwise.
And, if the GOP loses the House, the Dems will make up their own articles without need for evidence from an SC.
But since Trump is by conventional wisdom damned either way, he might as well get the dishonest and biased Meuller out of the way. It at least sounds like getting Rosenstein to recuse himself will set up a new acting boss over Meuller to rein him in or force resignation or whatever.
This is all cleaning up from Trump’s team having made bad internal personnel decisions (e.g., Rosenstein). And from rumors of who Trump is considering in replacement if he cans Priebus, they may still be making those bad decisions. (E.g., Manhattan Democrat and former president of Goldman Sachs Gary Cohn as chief of staff? Yikes!)
Priebs and Jivanka IMO need to exit the WH in order for good staffing decisions and rapid, deep cleanup of their errors to date to take place.
If DEMOCRATS had any ethics, sense of justice, or morals at all, the Deputy AG would fire Mueller, and then resign himself.
When has a Demon Rat been right about anything?
Go ahead. Impeach him. Declare open season.
