Maybe an analogy will help you?
Consider that every gambling machine is regulated & inspected to be random & honest.
And yet every machine has it's own odds and those always favor the house, otherwise the house would go out of business.

Well, in the gambling machine called "evolution", God is the House, and God always wins, in the long run.

Can you dig it?
