Rep. Mark Sanford said Thursday that President Trump was “partially” to blame for some of the hostility in the country that led to the shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and others this week. “I would argue the president has unleashed, partially, again not in anyway totally, but partially to blame for the demons that have been unleashed,” Mr. Sanford, South Carolina Republican, said on MSNBC.

South Carolina sure sent this guy to Washington for the wrong reasons.
I have voted for many representatives during my life. The state reps I expected to work for me in my state. The federal reps at the national and international level. The outlook on the federal government by the populous is a nation problem.
Mr. Sanford, why are you there? I, like I hope many in this country, expect you to be paid, housed, and medically cared for to try to repair problems before they reach serious proportions. If you can sit back and point the finger of blame, remember that three of the four fingers you are using are pointing at you. What have you done as an elected official to cure problems like this by generating some ideas?
It’s a lot easier to be part of the problem than part of the answer. I can clearly see which part you chose to stand with.

Sanford may be too stupid to realize that he just committed political suicide. Voters in South Carolina won't forget what he just said, and will vote accordingly in the next election.
