I’ll say this, I believe this area has a lot of Muslims, if this building does it could have been targeted.......by ISIS. There’s nothing more they would want than to inflame the Muslim base in the country, that this is some “real backlash” and a crime against Islam.

They also mentioned this was a large Muslim neighborhood. With that said, that doesn't mean it was terrorism (and I don't mean that sarcastically). I imagine a lot of people were hurt or killed who were good people, sleeping before going to work the next day.
It makes me wonder about the building codes, because I find it hard to believe with modern building codes, that a building could light up like that without some help.

Yes, and they all have a means of dealing with it. You won’t find a building over about 12 stories in Chattanooga because there’s no way for the FD to deal with a fire in a building taller than that. I don’t expect that they have 50 story ladders, but they have some means of isolating and fighting fires in tall buildings.

The Station nightclub fire had 100 deaths. Mostly from boarded up windows, exits welded shut, and exits that opened inward. (along with highly combustible sound proofing)

That guy is going to wind up being one of the most unpopular people in the UK, by the time his term ends.
This looks like arson. Until proven otherwise I will consider an act of ROP
It struck me as a sad reflection of where the UK is....having to tell folks to not wait for ‘services’...because these people have become so dependent on ‘services’ to do EVERYTHING for them.
