So, I guess there has only ever been one person who qualified? Or we were only supposed to ever have one President? Because that is the only way you can be certain that the Founders meant what you claim they meant. Just like the plural FATHERS in other laws and cases, I suppose, which means that only children with TWO+ fathers are NBC? Right. That'll make the Gay Lobby happy, I'm sure.
Your deliberate misreading of the language doesn't help your case.
If the Founders had wanted there to be additional special qualifications beyond those specified, they would have tacked them on. Instead they chose to use 'natural-born citizen' without an additional legal definition, making the dictionary definition 'having an attribute or quality from birth' the legal definition (as it was in the late 18th century).
Considering that the residency requirements themselves are only 40% of the age requirement it is obvious that the Founders anticipated that candidates for President might spend considerable time overseas, perhaps in diplomatic or military roles, or as dependents of such people. That right there undercuts your claims, as travel was such in those days that it was very likely that a child of a diplomat or officer stationed overseas would be born outside of the United States.
Additionally, all the arguments you NBC-deniers make depend on twisting the words of SCOTUS and other court cases. You quote, usually out of context, phrases such as "it is certain that a person born here of two citizen parents is a natural-born citizen", you carefully overlook that that is not an exclusive definition, nor has it ever been portrayed as such (favorably) in our legal system. It's like saying "it is certain that those who eat beef are carnivores" and concluding that that makes everybody else a vegan.
You can't just impose arbitrary rules unilaterally because you don't like how something turned out. That's what liberals do. If you want a rule change, get an amendment.
There is no absolute proof of Obama’s Canadian birth. However, a Canadian birth perfectly fits every single known piece of evidence related to Obama’s nativity, and no other location does. When all the evidence points in the same direction, the resulting deduction is entirely warranted.
Incidentally, I have not heard any proponents of either the Kenyan or HI birth scenarios explain Stanley Ann’s sudden, out of the blue appearance in Seattle. Those would be interesting explanations to read.
It's ironic that the 1952 law is also the one the liberals are ignoring when it comes to President Trump's travel ban (another part of it). They really seem to struggle with that particular one. The 'two citizen parents' clowns as well, as that clearly demonstrates that two citizen parents and birth within the territory of the United States are not required for natural-born citizenship.
But being born here was a requirement for BHO due to the status of his father and the age of his mother. And the authority to define it thus is clearly delegated to Congress in the Constitution.
I really hope to live to see the American people learn how Obama scammed the nation. He was never even slightly eligible. At least Schwarzenegger is a citizen.
Here’s one more argument for you—a psychological argument. If I know one thing in this world, it’s Malignant Narcissists. Obama is absolutely a Malignant Narcissist; he fits the definition in every detail.
One thing about MNs: for all their malicious, vindictive ways, they are innately cautious. This devolves from their patholigical need to be in control. They can only be in control when they’re calling the shots. If they cross certain lines, particularly legal lines, then they abruptly lose control. That is anathema to them.
If Obama were actually born in Kenyan, there would always be a chance of proof surfacing. Therefore Obama would sweep that whole issue under the rug as best he could, and hope it stayed there.
Thst, however, is the mirror opposite of what happened. In fact, Obama never missed a chance to snarkily joke about being born in Kenya. He riffed on that issue over and over, and with evident glee. He got an obvious thrill out of using the supposed Kenyan birth to taunt his detractors. This is a matter of fact.
For Obama, such taunts served three purposes. A, they kept the Kenya birth theory alive, which served his purpose. It enabled his Obots to ridicule so-called birthers, without ever risking the discovery of the actual truth.
B, They absolutely kept anyone from focusing on the possibility of a Canadian birth. For this reason alone, it made perfect sense for Obama to joke about being born in Kenya as often as possible; it was his insurance policy.
C, Taunting his detractors re Kenya was red meat and strong drink for the Malignant Narcissist in Obama. Having spent so many decades lying about being born in Kenya, it absolutely delighted him to send his detractors barking up the wrong tree. It ‘proved,’ in his mind, that he was smarter than his critics. This is the stuff an MN lives and thrives off of. It’s impossible to over-emphasize Obama’s need to feel superior. Sending his critics on a wild goose Kenyan chase checked that box in spades.
If actual proof existed of a Kenyan birth, Obama would have found a way to divert attention from that theory. Ibstead, he hyped it hard and often. He would only have done that if it wasn’t true.

Here’s something to think about. In Dreams From my Father, Ayers puts a lot of time and trouble into describing the Obama birth ‘family,’ which he prominently claims lasted until cheapskate Harvard University split them apart—iow, two years.
Obama put the same enormous emphasis on this two-year family that never existed. It was the centerpiece of the biographical speech Obama used to launch himself into national politics at the 2004 DNC convention. He built his career on it.
People have speculated that Stanley Ann told Little Barry this made-up fairytale to ease him over the fact of his abandonment by his father. That seems unlikely. Stanley Ann was pretty unfeeling toward Little Barry, pushing him off into a tranny nanny in Indonesia, and ultimately casting him off onto his grandparents, while she kept her daughter with her. She doesn’t come across as the kind of soft, sensitive mother who would lie to spare Little Barry’s feelings.
Much more likely is that Obama knew the truth all along. He told the truth to Bill Ayers. The latter pointed out the obvious: if they admitted that the first public appearance of Stanley Ann with her newborn was in Seattle, people would piece the truth together in short order. I.e.: the truth that Obama was born nowhere near HI. No one was going to buy the nonsensical story that SA’s first act upon giving birth was to pack up her newborn and strike out alone for Seattle. It’s unbelievable on its face.
So Ayers and Obama consciously created a totally and knowingly false narrative about a family that lived together for two years in HI. The purpose of the whoppingly false lie was to bury the facts re Seattle. If they could sell the “improbable love,” story, they could keep suspicion off Canada at least until after BO was elected.
This explains the ferocity with which Obots painted anyone questioning the HI nativity as crazy, stupid, racist birthers. They had to Alinskyize us into oblivion before the truth about Seattle emerged. Of course the corollary was to keep the focus on Kenya. Anything to keep people from putting two plus two together, when SA’s sudden, strange and inexplicable Seattle appearance became known.
Ssdly, it worked. Today anybody who’s paying attention knows SA disappeared for between 7 and 9 mos, only to reemerge, baby in arms, in Seattle. And still people on the whole believe Obama was born in HI or Kenya. Canada is the blindingly obvious answer, but thanks to the two-year-HI-family lie, almost no one draws the obvious conclusion.
Are you saying that is a parent has a child, and one of the two parents is not a citizen, that child is not a citizen if the child is born elsewhere? But if two illegals sneak across the border and have a kid here, HE is a citizen?

Other people say that his mother and her parents renounced citizenship, ergo, he was not a citizen.
There are all kinds of confusing stories about why he is not a citizen, or why he is.
The one question I have is if he was not a citizen why has no one been able to successfully challenge his presidency in the courts?
If he was not legally a citizen when he was president, every law he signed and every judge he appointed to the federal courts right up to Soto Mayor and Kagan are INVALID and ILLEGAL.

A citizen is not necessarily a natural born citizen.
The Founding Fathers wanted that one position, the president of these United States to have no HINT of foreign allegiance, hence the singular requirement for that person to meet the jus soli (from the soil, that is born on American soil) and jus sangre (from blood, that is BOTH parents are citizens either naturalized, native born, or natural born).
Imagine John McCain were elected president (God forbid!), and the enemies of America stirred up trouble in his native Panama.
ANYTHING he did, or didn’t do would become a political football! He would be rendered unable to freely act in America’s best interests.

Could you cite those quotes? I’m only familiar with former students who knew both Stanley Ann and Sr., but who didn’t know they had any kind of relationship.
