Rep. BradWenstrup said he was an active shooter. He kept moving as he shot. After he apparently ran out of bullets he then started shooting a pistol.
@RandPaul: Rep. Scalise goes down. We can see him but we can’t get to him. Really nobody could get to him until the gunman was brought down

They were on the field or in the batting box. They even weren't near their phones. There were some armed security there for Steve Scalise because he's majority whip. His security was I believe shot in the foot. Someone else there as security was shot and he was the one who shot the shooter.
